In an average sized adult human male

Liver usually has a span (height) of about 10cm - this is an average height as it is a bit triangular.

Width would be approx 15-20cm

Ave weight is approx 1.7-3.0kg (see the wiki page)

Lungs are about 25cm tall x 15cm wide x 10-15cm deep and again narrower at the apices

Bladder is of variable size depending on the amount of urine it contains. When empty approx 8cm wide x 5 cm height

In a healthy adult, the liver weighs about 1.5 kg (3 lb) and is about 15 cm (6 in) thick. The liver can regenerate over time. For example, if some is cut out, it will grow back to fill the space.

The liver is the second largest (after skin) single organ in the body weighing 2kg in the average adult. It is approximately 21-22.5cm across it's widest point, 15-17.5cm at it's greatest vertical height, and 10-12.5cm from front to back.
