According to Montreal "The World Famous Underground City" is there .It's like calling the Big "Owe", the World Famous Big Owe. 31 Years later they are still paying it off and no team plays there anymore.

But check out,
"According to Guinness World Records, PATH is the largest underground shopping complex with 27 km (16 miles) of shopping arcades. It has 371,600 sq. metres (4 million sq. ft) of retail space. In fact, the retail space connected to PATH rivals the West Edmonton Mall in size." - from toronto.ca/path.

I'm from Toronto, but I love Montreal too!! Toronto is awesome and Montreal is awesome. If you are coming here in July, take a little 5 hour road trip to Montreal, if will be well worth your while. Toronto and Montreal both Rock!!

I believe you are confusing Toronto with Montreal.

You are correct that the Eaton Centre is in Toronto, but the 'famous' Underground City is in Montreal. The Eaton Centre is very much above ground, a glass barrel vaulted structure. The Underground City in Montreal is marked with a large white skyscraper with a cross shaped plan from the early 70's.

Both are nice cities. Be sure to spend some time at the Toronto City Hall -- outdoor ice rink!
