I love to eat also, but if your gaining weight, you have to slow down. Just eat very small portions 5-6 times per day. That way, you will lose weight and you will not deprive yourself. It really does work, because you are maintaining your insulin levels when you eat small portions more often.

what you should do is stop eating after a period of time like after 7:mp and donnot eat and go to sleep. to loose weight it's easy you could join a feetness club or buy a machine weights or every morning go outside and walk for 30 minutes and drink lots of waters. and cut of your food thats you eat and stop eating junk food.

i've gained about 20 pounds since january, so i've been trying to lose wait also.
i really only have access to junk food in my house, so to try and supress my appitite, i started to drink lots of water and low cal/carb energy drinks because i have access to stores that sell them. i also started exercising 30-60 minutes daily. i've lost about 2 pounds this week. since i can't really run, i set my tredmill on a high incline and run for 5 minutes, power walk for 10, run for 5, power walk for 10, etc. for about an hour. i'm burning about 600-700 cals/hour, but while i am walking i am drinking alot of water. i hope this helps you.
