Most guys, when they are out on a date with a girl they like, they want to impress the girl with his kisses. This, in turn, can lead to good sex with her. Most guys would be good sex partners, if they are over 16, because by then, most of them are experienced.
I had my first sex when I was 7 years old, and have had a few girls since then....it just comes naturally.

are you asking which one is more important? details would be helpful here...
personally, im going to remain a virgin till marriage, so i dont really care if hes a great sex partner, nor would i kno. nor do i much care if hes a good kisser or not. it would be great if he was, but i prefer the honest, sweet, nice guys (usually the shyer ones too)...so yea...
