I am looking for ways that i can lose inner thigh fat at home, and not exactly with a trainer or a gym. Thank You!

Running. It burns a hell of a lot of calories and doesn't build up very much muscle, like weight training does.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You need to work out on a leg machine at your local gym that targets that specific area. It is called an adductor/abductor machine. It targets your thighs, inside and out. Cardio is also good if you are flabby but if you are just wanting to tone, I suggest the machine. If you dont have access to a machine squats and lunges are a great substitute! Make sure to use weights as you progress.

isometrics is the best way to tone all muscles. It builds strength without building mass and doesn't put much if any pressure on your joints. Just get a chair and stand behind it. use your hands for balance by holding the back of the chair. Now get up on your tippie toes well flexing your butt muscles and legs. Flex as hard as you can for 20 seconds and relax. Do this 3 times in a row and as often as you would like. Just doing this exercise ounce a day will tone your butt and legs to perfection as well as make you stronger without adding on the extra muscle size. You can do this for all your muscles. Just flex hold and rest. Enjoy your success.

I have an exercise bike at home that I use. That's a great way to slim those thighs and buns.

Squats and lunges. Squats and lunges with weights too.
