That's great...keep it up! Try these simple, but effective ideas:
1. Drink water instead of soda & juice.
2. Stairs instead of elevator
3. Blend ice and diet soda for a zero-calorie slushy
4. Try that 94% fat-free popcorn - 260 calories for the whole bag...and it's filling!
5. Eat a high fiber breakfast - you won't want to eat again until noon.
6. Park a few blocks from your office on nice days.
7. Start doing a 5-minute morning exercise routine...if you like it, expand it after a month or so.

The best diet is no diet at all. You're putting pressure on yourself and making the matter worse. I try to do two things... eat something small every four hours, and eat an apple a few minutes before dinner (or supper, wherever you're from), it's somewhat filling so you won't eat as much. Remember... don't eat until you're full- eat until you're not hungry. In other words, eat a small portion and wait half an hour, you'll find you're not that hungry anymore.

Well no quarantee, but I am taking 1 tsp. cider vinegar, 1 tsp. pure honey and 1 tsp of warm water. Mix all together and drink that 3 times a day before each meal. I have so far lost 6 pounds. I did check this also with google. Good luck I hope it works for you too.

Drink lots of water. Stay away from sugar drinks like soda. I guess Gatorade is good once in a while like when your training but I'd drink more water then that.
Eat wheat bread. It gives you energy not fat.
Thats what I do. and I'm also a cyclist.
