I am an 8th grader, 14 years old, and i weigh 177 pounds. i know that that is pretty overwieght, taken the fact that i am 5'2" tall. i've tried many different diets, and i am currently on a low carb diet. I'm having trouble shedding weight most mostly keeping it off. befroe, i was on a diet that consisted of me dieting for 3 days and eating regular for 4. i'd lose about 5 pounds a week, but i would gain it all back during the 4 days i ate regularly. everyone said i need to be careful of what i eat, but i am. i'm eating all kinds of low calorie and low carb foods and im not snacking greatly. i need help with losing my weight and keeping it off.

why are people so bothered about their weight? is your mum or gran big? maybe you are designed to be this heavy. if your happy then what's the problem? you should go to your doctor who will refer you to a dietician and they will be able to sort you a suitable diet plan if necessary.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Regular water comsumption is more important because dehydration can make you thin you re hungry
