They are probably too ignorant to realize this!

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Idiots like you just love to make grandiose statements like this, and then pat yourselves on the back, feeling all superior. Just about everything you say is completely made up by you, and is completely fictional.
However, you are probably too ignorant to even figure out that you completely MADE UP your own statement, and that it has no basis in fact whatsoever.
P.S. There's no such being as Satan. He's fictional. Try putting the blame for the worlds problems where they belong, instead of on a mythological being, and then maybe you can actually make a contribution to solving them. (As if you really care about doing that.)

Note the calibre of "questions" from this LOSER and ask yourself if this waste of oxygen is worth wasting time on...

Yeah, and we're always attacking you innocent Christians as well, just because you insist on telling the truth like this.

What's wrong with us, anyway? Oh, wait, that's right - it's that we're rebellious and secretly believe, and we don't want to be held accountable, and being atheist means we can do whatever we want. I'd hate to forget that, particularly on a Friday evening, when there are so many nubile young maidens out there, innocently assuming that I'm a Christian who would never think about committing sexual atrocities against their virgin bodies in order to glorify Satan.

Oh, wait, I forgot again - we're atheists, so I don't have to care which gender I'm going to commit atrocities against. Silly me. Hey, did you drop your keys? Right down there?

Yeah...that MUST be it.
It's not that we'eve studied your religion for years and found it lacking...it's ignorance. Kinda like the way Christians talk about other faiths being instruments of Satan without knowing anything at all about those faiths.

If such is the case (and I'm not saying that it is), then isn't it ironic that Satan's unwitting helpers are smarter, more effective arguers, and better looking than God's most fervent believers?

Looks like Satan's gonna win.

Sorry I am no "instrument of satan". I don't buy any of that mythology because accepting Satan means accepting Jesus.

The real tools of Satan are the money changers that run your church....

Actually I think the only people who believe in Satan are Christians. So does that make them Satanists?

Makes as much sense as your question really.

If we are truly instruments of Satan, why haven't we offered you as a human sacrifice to Satan yet??

Invalid question. Atheists are not an instrument of Satan so therefore your question is erroneous.
