I just got my first real hemroid. It's just one... the size of a pea teardropped. Do I go to the doctor for this? And what kind of doctor do I go to? How long does this last? Will it go back down or will I have it forever? I've heard of surgery... and ideas? It kept me up last night because I was in pain. I think it might be from my hard stool.... yikes... Thanks!

witch hazel is best for hemroids. when i had my baby that was the first time i had one because of all the pushing. but you can go to CVS or any drug store and buy regular cvs brand witch hazel. its in a white clear bottle almost like alcohol . and some cotton balls. or you can just buy a pruduct called Tucks . it works wonders. thats what the doctors gave me. but email me and i will tell you more about it.

Yes, the stool could have aggravated it. Buy yourself some Preparation H at the drug store. Call your doctor's office to see if you should see him or do they recommend a specialist and who is the specialist. Good luck. The link below should answer your questions.

You have to push them back in, my dad says. ESPECIALLY when they are hurting the most. They give you cream to shrink them. Try Prep. H. AND they never go away but worst case has surgery which is not good.

Try over the counter preps 1st. If they persist, doctors have more kicked-up creams and suppositories that do lots of good.

hemorrhoids dont do away by themselves
Drs wont remove them unless they are badly infected
you should eat more foods with fiber in them to soften stool
if you dont you will hurt every time you go to the toilet and it could even bleed=keep that area very clean ok

They do go down, use prepration H on them. Make sure you keep yourself dry and clean. And no once you have them they will come back.
