- Take note of a change of his behavior

- Does he spend more and more time away from you?
- Does he make excuses to be busy?

well obviosly, you notice some changes, or you wouldn't ask..does he call less, or not at all? is he always "busy"? is he becomming secretive about his whereabouts, or phone calls, or time away from you?
