what's better a mattress pad that goes over the bed or a memory foam.. i need one for a twin bed..which or more comfortable to sleep on?

I sleep on a memory foam matress right now and it's absolutely wonderful. So, that's my reccommendation, but i've also slept on down matress pads and those are even better, though a bit pricey.

memory foam is much more comfortable, but i put a mattress pad over my memory foam to keep it nice..

its ok dont be offended. in simple terms purchase a water-proof mattress protector sheet and revel on your son i'm particular he did not advise to. except for sure he's a grown son then tell him to purchase you a sparkling mattress !

I prefer one that goes over the bed; it's easier to remove and wash when necessary, especially in the summer when you may sweat a bit more at night.
