Store them in the fridge. Do not cover them. You don't want moisture to form.

Store them in the fridge. then when you are ready for the party, take the choc. Covered Strawberry out the fridge, then just let it sit for a couple of seconds, then after that serve it.

They are best stored in the tummy. If you put them in the frig, the chocolate will turn cloudy. If you leave them at room temperature, the strawberries will go yucky. So eat them all up and make some more at 3 p.m. for the party.

Leave the strawberries out on the sink until the chocolate has hardened a bit.
Find your widest Tupperware container.
Place wax paper on the bottom, and cover it with as many strawberries as you can.
Place another layer of wax paper on top and place strawberries on it. Repeat if necessary. As long as the chocolate has had some time to harden, this will work fine.

Save one for me! Yum...:)
