Depends on the state, road and traffic conditions and what the posted speed limit is.
Probably reckless driving. You can go to jail and have your car impounded or just be ticketed.

Pursuant to the 2007 California Uniform Bail and Penalty Schedule, the fine plus penalties and fees for a first offense of speeding over 100 MPH (pursuant to CVC 22348(b)) would be $760.
Multiple offenses, speeding in a construction zone, or priors can change this amount.
It is an infraction and no jail time can result from this particular offense. However, evading the police or weaving in and out of traffic could find additional crimes tacked on that COULD result in jail time.

Well, I haven't receive a ticket for one that fast, but I did get one for doing 92 in a 55 and WOW did that one cost me a bunch of money along with defensive driving that I was required to take. That was quite a few years ago and I think it was around $500.00, plus the defensive driving course and I could not get a discount on my insurance. And I almost lost my insurance over it. So let's just say I have learned to slow down a bit. LOL

No, unless you are running away from the police. You can get a ticket for wreckless driving. It goes on your DMV record and you get penalty points which can make your car insurance go up.Also you can't just pay for the ticket in the mail,You have to go to court. The court may even make you go to a safe driving class. It's also possible for you to lose your license depending on the seriousness of the offense, but it differs from state to state.

It depends on your state, but you would probably get arrested. Or they would ticket you and make you go to court and they will most likely take your license away.
