There are good ones. Some are very skilled in their profession.
However, what they are all good at is what is called "cold reading". Cold reading is a method of gleaning information from someone and feeding it back to them in such a way that it seems like they are psyhic. There are many tricks to this and some are not as skilled as others.
However, if you're asking if there are real psychics, sorry, there are none. That is all just mind games and superstition.
