Take the hair from behind your bangs all the way back
(if you don't have bangs, leave some strands out).
Tease some of it to give it a little volume.
Smooth out the hair.
Pull back the sections of hair and secure them with bobbypins.
Give the top a spritz of hair spray.
Curl your hair.
I say that would look amazingly cute, but you can put your own spin on it..

Fiest get it cut to shoulder length maybe a little longer. Then twist you hair and make it stand up straight against you head. Put one of those big clips in the back of youheadmaking the hair stand up in that position. Get some hair on the sides of you face not in the clip. Be sure to staighten your pieces of hair. Have a good party.
