Okay, lets see, I'm 14 and I really want a guy who isnt boring, shows hes mature, and knows how to treat a woman right. I've got blonde hair and blue eyes, and athletic hour glass shape. Maybe a pound to heavy (but not that it should matter, athetics keep it down) and I love volleyball. So if this apeals to you hit me up. I'll be waiting. . .

14yo boys are immature. They get better by 18 or over.
At 14, you are ahead of the boys, but you still have a way to go.

Don't consider any boy more than 2 years older than you.
At least, until you turn 18- then Buddha help us all.
