And...He told us not to commit murder. If you commit suicide it is murder of yourself. I would say "God tells me in His Word that murder is a sin and I must run this race alone.
Hbr 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Mat 10:37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
Mat 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

That's why Christians who refuse to acknowledge any inconsistencies in the Bible lead difficult lives. Those of us who are saner use it as a general guideline and don't read more into "Honor thy father and thy mother" than there is.

if u commit suicide you won't be forgiven because youre already dead, but if u disobey your mom you would be forgiven...so i would prolly not kill myself
and i would have to assume that there is something wrong with my mom if she ever said that to me
