I tryed makeing them once already but i didn't know how long to cook them. what shake and bake to use? if the marinade was the problem? Got any good recipes or tips on how to cook these things?

Use chicken instead of tofu....that stuff tastes like ear wax.....YAAKKK!

INGREDIENTS:
1 block firm or extra-firm tofu, pressed
1/3 cup soymilk
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
3/4 cup bread crumbs
PREPARATION:
Whisk together the soymilk, mustard, nutritional yeast and spices until smooth in a wide bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
Coat each piece of tofu with soymilk and mustard mixture first, then coat with bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown, serve with ketchup, barbeque sauce or other dipping sauce and enjoy!

For a lower fat alternative, lay tofu piece on a covered baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.

for chicken nuggets, crumble and rub a chicken stock cube into your flour before dipping into egg and breadcrumbs then spray on some oil and bake in moderate oven for 15 mins or so depending on how big you have made them for tofu ones use a vegi stock cube and follow same instructions just remember that although stock cubes add lots of flavor they are also high in salt so you prob wont need to season them after cooking

Tofu is toxic you need to quit eating it.
