What colors look bad for braces?

I tried just about every colour when I had braces but I don't remember green being a great colour or red on its own. Try going from pale pink at the fron to red at the back, or that with any colour range looks good. I went rainbow a couple of times and that was fantastic. If I knew I had something special coming up I made sure I had my brace bands changed to clear or white just before.

If you are talking about the rubber bands, clear is horrible, if you eat anything with tomato sauce it stains it immididatly, and even with brushing, the clear becomes dingy and gross looking from soda, and other drink and food. I would go for a very neutral color, I always chose blue, it was my favorite color and so I wore it a lot, but never bright blue, or bright anything. That way if it doesn't match it isnt' like neon pink (my friend had that) and look horrid.

Yellow, Green and Black look terrible enough. I would stick to clear or white if I were you, otherwise any color is going to look..weird?! I would still choose metallic over any other color, unless there was an option of white or clear!

any light color will look like you have food stuck to your teeth. Go for red, blue or even purple!

yellow, white, black, orange, and other light colors. i just got mine off and when u get light colors and eat food ur bands will turn that color!! :) good luck!
