ok now i've been lifting (benching, biceps, triceps) for quite a while now, and I was wondering if I could gain muscle mass & strenght if I do the same weights all the times (im doing 200 lbs bench press for a month now)? Maybe if I do the same weights w/ more reps, could that help increase mass & strenght or do I really have to go up higher in the lbs. column on the bench press?

-Thanks

I recommend cycling the weights and reps so that your body does not get stale on the same routine. You may have hit a plateau for this reason. You can also mix it up with other exercises such as dumbell presses on a flat bench, incline, or decline. You can also add in exercises such as cable crossovers and dips. You can even do the dips with added weight. In short, variety helps a great deal. Also, here is a link to a workout that changes weekly. You can throw it in occasionally to mix things up. Feel free to vary the reps as desired.

Yes, you can by doing more reps, but eventually you will have to increase your weights unless you just wnat to maintain what you've already got. I hope you're also working your lower body as well (glutes, quads, etc.).
