Since she wouldn't get amnesty even under Kennedy's bill, keeping her here just encourages others.

i don't know why a church is legally able to grant her immunity from the regulation. She ought to were deported earlier. The Bipartisan Open Borders foyer will use her like a device. imagine the prevalent public outcry of sympathy for unlawful extraterrestrial beings at the same time as she’s torn from the fingers of her screaming son. The MSM will be particular to replay yet another Elian Gonzales second 24/7 until eventually the criminal is forgotten and all the recent sympathizers are begging for her amnesty.

It´s just another example of laws being perverted to suit whoever wants them to apply to them personally. According to the article, the Sanctuary movement was initiated to protect political refugees from war torn countries, not economic refugees from democratic, politically stable countries. Elvira Arellano isn´t even technically a refugee in the first place since she would not be at risk of being killed by tyrants upon being deported to Mexico.

the feds have a right to go in that church and pull her out of there and send her back to Mexico. she is only using her child to stay in this country. if she can not have complete loyalty to her new country then her off spring has no rights here. it's in the 14th amendment of the Constitution of the united states. she has committed fraud and ripped our system off. she needs to be deported, her and her child has no rights.
