Just wondering on this subject & how many have an opinion.

And the power of thought form too...in good & bad ways.

Plz note that I do not wish to create or inflict such upon anyone.

My quest is more to 'make sense' of why so many bad things can happen to good people.

Not a good idea. Magically speaking, I subscribe to the Law of Threefold Return: whatever you do, for good or ill, will come back upon you three times. Therefore if you curse (and yes, one certainly can), you'll suffer the consequences in your own life.

Mind you, this is just a Wiccan perspective. There are witches and magicians who don't subscribe to the Threefold Law.

Personally, if I ever felt that someone had levelled a curse/hex against me, I'd do a couple of things. First, I'd strengthen up my aura shields and "mirror" them, to bounce back any ill intent. Second, I'd call upon my patron Goddesses to lend their protection. Third, I'd perform specific spells to deflect the curse/hex and hasten the action of the Threefold Law upon those who cast it (who, in my opinion, clearly need to learn a good lesson). I wouldn't curse/hex in return.

I do believe in magick. I do believe there are instances where cursing one's own negative feelings about something or someone is helpful in letting go. I also believe that in certain circumstances curses are a warranted form of magick. But I also believe that it can come back on you (if certain conditions aren't met). Oftentimes people use curses indiscriminately, and you have to be really careful. They can be very dangerous. Even simple things like binding another person from bothering you can pack a fierce punch.

actual! it might actual make issues extra convenient, too. My mom became clinically determined with a mixed connective tissue ailment which bring about Lupus and Scleroderma some year in the past and thankfully, she has been retaining up nicely until her recent lawsuits. She has constantly been an optimist so it has made issues extra convenient for actual all and sundry.. i'm hoping your mom gets extra clever quickly.

Let's just say I've had a number of experiences that I don't feel comfortable chalking up to "pure coincidence".

As for how to "prove" my experiences to others, what do I care? And even if I did care, how could I go about it? I love James Randi and all, but I don't know how exactly you could prove that something came from a curse vs. from untampered natural events. The experience is just too subjective for that.

Many females believe in the supernatural, both religious and occult. Fear is in your head, unless you are TOLD of the curse, life carries on regardless. If you give a gullible person a mystical reason for bad luck, ie, crop failure, a plague of locusts, lack of fertility, that person blames God , demons, spirits or curses. To believe in such nonsense weakens the individual, and leaves them vulnerable to manipulation, this obvious fact is used by fortune tellers, palm readers, and other mumbo-jumbo merchants.

I think it's possible to allow yourself to be subject to evil - which would often result in bad things happening to you.

My advice - Stay away from all forms of magic and witchcraft.
Follow GOD and none of these things can hurt you.

I don't. I think it's kinda fun to mess around with and kid about, but I don't believe in it. I think it's just a bunch of malarky. Personally, I believe that everyone makes their own decisions and no one's future is planned out. So for people to cast a spell or curse on you is ridiculous cus no one but you can change your future.

I have seen curses haunt people, and bring much pain and suffering. The good news is that there is freedom and healing in Jesus Christ. I have seen curses broken through the power of the blood of Jesus.

I think that Blessing are real, but not curse or hexes

Nope. None of it is real.

Prove me wrong, win a million bucks, and open up a new field of science. What's stopping you? Oh yeah, the part about it not being real.
