I cant stop worrying!! im 13 years old!! okay ive had every anxiety symptom!!I get this pressure around my heart mostly when something happnes like a pressure in my head are a pain somewhere. Its really wierd. Ive been getting headaches and all that stuff. idk whats happening but im scared !!

Im totally fine in the summer but once winter comes i get sinus infection etc. I think i might be stressed. SOMEONE HELP!

Maybe i didnt put as much. I was depressed around christmas time a week later my friend and i got into a REALLY BIG FIGHT and now we dont talk as much but ive never felt as much stress before. ! now i just idk cant handle all the anxiety

Anxiety and panic attacks are almost the same thing .. they cause you to basically think your dying or theres something physically wrong with you. Head aches and colds or sinus infections are directly related to stress which is being cause by your worrying there something wrong with you. Its a visious cycle. You have to find a way to break that cycle. Seeing a doctor and telling him what you said here would be helpful. You being 13 I would seriously doubt you have a heart condition they usually find these at birth or from your regular doctor visits. Talk to your parents and they will probably want to take you to the doctors.. Also the winter thing you talk about is very common if your stuck inside alot. Good luck and Im sure you'll be fine. No Im not a doctor just talking from lifes experiences..

It's hard to say without knowing everything you're experiencing. First, I'd say you need to see a doctor.
Second, I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. I'll share with you some of the symptoms for anxiety. Heart racing, hard to concentrate, muscle tension/aches, diarrhea, chest pain, dry mouth, sweating, over/under eating, insomnia, hyperventilation, and many other things. If you are experiencing many of these symptoms only very extreme, it is likely you are having a panic attack.
So, if you are experiencing those symptoms, you need to a see a doctor so they can properly diagnose you and get you on medicine. In the mean time, it is a good idea to practice meditation, relaxation techniques, aromatherapy (lavender is the best), and even just a massage. Also, it is very beneficial to exercise, it relieves a lot of stress. Avoid alcohol, sugar, and caffeine. Lastly, try to cut stressful things out of your daily life, is possible. If you don't find something relaxing, simply don't do it.

My Advice is give your stress, anxiety and worries to Jesus Christ! Know God loves you! He wants you to learn to trust him when things in life get you down! Look to God and Jesus to Supply your needs and Give Thanks to them when they answer your needs. The Bible says: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:6-7) Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6-7) Do you know that God loves you so much that he gave his one and only Son Jesus to the cross, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life! (John 3:16) Know that every time you feel any situation is to much for you, it is never to much for Jesus. I would encourage you to start a relationship with him by reading the word of God (the Bible) beginning with the Gospel of John. So, no matter what voices in your head bring you fear and anxiety, you will how do handle it with faith and thanksgiving! I pray that you pray to Jesus, and ask him to revile truth to why you feel this way in your life so you can break free from your stress and anxiety. God Bless!

I would suggest that you try a harmless but effective herbal remedy for your anxiety issues. I used 'PureCalm" it worked for me.
Another option is hypnotherapy. It teaches you relaxation techniques to overcome anxiety issues.

I have major anxiety issues myself. When I have anxiety my throat feels really tight, my heart races, sometimes my chest kinda hurts, my hands get tingly and numb. They can give you medication to help anxiety, and even give medication that helps for when your having an anxiety attack, but you have to see a doctor to get it.
