There are people I know that when they pray for you wonderfull things happen and things get resolved, there are peple that know when God speaks to them, there are people I know that are passionate for Christ my husband is one of them and there are people that have manifestations of the Holy Spririt and God just uses them so awesomely and powerfully and the seem to flow in life like a beatuiful peaceful river of living waters. My question is How do I have that kind of relationship with the Lord with the things I listed about above? I dont want to be a stagnant dead lifless Christian. I have sins and I wish I could be more like Christ on a daily basis. I always ask God to use be mightily each day even in the boring mundane grunge work that I would give glory to God but somtimes I feel I am not making all that much of a difference. How come some are anionted and others seem to struggle? How can I passion for the Lord who has done so much for me?

You may be surprised at the impact you have around you. Most people who follow Christ do not have "parting the Red Sea" anointings. They do the one thing that Jesus did. They touch the lives of others and bring gentleness, humor, kindness, patience, in short all the gifts of the Spirit to others. Sometimes the one thing that holds us back is the desire to be seen as a "great, anointed" Christian. Perhaps the real glory is in being the "great, Christlike" Christian. God is as proud of you as any of those who do "mighty" works. He knows you are doing what He designed you to do. And I suspect you do it with great passion.

Believe firmly without doubt. Condition your mind to what you want to happen. Always be aware of your sorroundings. a word from a friend or your husband may have the message you want to hear. Sometimes the answer is heard from a tv or radio program you are watching or listening. Sometimes it is written or drawn on the streets. Not everyone is able to hear God directly but if you will just look or listen from what is immediately around you, the answer may be there.
Getting things from prayers are always followed up by action on your part. The real Holy Spirit are the words of God put into the mouth of everyone He chooses to do the mission He ordered. It is a deception that the religion tells of it as another person in One god. Do not live in guilt, just tell God how sorry you are and that you are willing to walk according to His commands, His forgiveness will be given and your life will be blessed. Just live righteously. No special recipe is needed for God to be with you. The question is are you with God?

Just because it doesn't feel like God isn't using you, doesn't mean he's not, nothing you do goes unseen. Everyone is put here for a reason, you might not ever be the kind of christian to be able to have God talk to you or anything like that. But God is using you, and you may not ever find out who's lives you have effected, or the prayers that God didn't answer for you may have been because it turns out better in the end that he doesn't answer them. You just have to realize that the small things you do for the people around you are a blessing. And God is using you, for his own special purposes.

You can start by serving at your church weather it be kids ministry or women's group, God has a place for everyone in His Kingdom. We are all given different gifts, but we are to use those to serve others in love for the Glory of God. Read your Bible daily and have a prayerful relationship with our Heavenly Father. Get involved, and have fun! May God Bless you and your husband while you serve for His Glory.

If everyone were the same, there would be no variety in the tapestry of life. We are all manifestations of the different facets of the Creator - that is why no one is the same and some are "more blessed" in your perception than you are. OK, a little demonstration - so your beautiful eyes are "more blessed" than your average nose, and not every part of your body can be your eyes, but it does not make those other parts any less important, just different, with different purposes...

God is no respecter of person. What He has for one He has for all.`Praise is a simple ,but mighty tool.God loves praise, from your heart.Worship Him in spirit and in truth. When I spend time alone with God in prayer and praise,I have never known a better blessing.
But please understand ,we are human ,we all sin and fall short of the Glory of God.It is by His Grace and mercy. When you pray talk to God as a friend and a Father. His greatest desire is to have fellowship with you.
David was a rotten man,but he was called a man after Gods own heart.
God Bless you .

God is our Father. We are all his children. Like a family, some of us are strong, some of us are not and others fall in between. Look close at ones you speak of as far as their whole life. God Like a father, always seems to reach out to kids who really need it. Like myself, I am a sinner; I enjoy myself as much as I can. I have never heard from God, never seen God or touched God. I know God is there and with me as do you. So our Father does not worry so much about us because we our handling what he has assigned to us. Fathers need to tend to the kids that are struggling. God never expects you to handle more that you our able. The day you really cannot handle life is when Father will come to you and, we know you cannot fool him. So if you ever find yourself at wits end and think life is just to much to handle and don't hear from God, Then stop and think, what ever it is you must have the knowledge, skill, patients, friends or what ever you need to work through it. God knows your heart is full love for him, your family, and life God answers and sends angles to help those who, in their hearts really cannot help themselves.

Get in the Word (Holy Bible) daily, pray without ceasing (Paul teaches us that,) praise (www.klove.com) and worship daily, too.

The idea is to drawer nearer to God and the only way to do that is to spend time with Him.

I love getting into His Word and prayer...I love praise and worship music.

I promise, to grow your relationship with Him, you need to spend time and nurture your relationship with Him.

Seek Him earnestly and you will find Him. Knock and the door will open.

Honey, there isn't a day that I don't mess up and have to fess up. I ask for help ALL the time. He is faithful to answer me too. He will for you. Sometimes, we get confused and run away from God when we need to be running to Him. He loves us and wants to be in relationship with us. So, when I mess up...I try to be quick and fess up, so I can move fore-ward...instead of backward.

If you find your Bible difficult to read, get a translation that is easy to read and understand. Start with the book of John. Once you've read it, go to the book of Jude and read each book back to Matthew. Then read Matthew to Jude.

Once you've got a good handle on the NT, then begin reading the OT and start with Malachi. Read each book back to Genesis.

My personal favorite Bible is the Max Lucado devotional study Bible (New Century Version - Translation.)

Happy Reading and I wish you the very best!
