Have you canceled the credit card? I'd start there and let the credit card company investigate the fraud. They are much more able to access the powers that be to track down fraud than you are.

Do you know this person?
The problem that I have seen addressed is that if that person has one of your credit cards, it might be easy for them to get another one.
1. credit card company
2.police department
3. Credit agency (equifax,etc)
4. your local bank
Contact them in that order
please contact the big three agencies and put a fraud alert on your account.
If you give them your police report, you can have it placed on your account for one year.
Forget about yahoo cooperating
let your credit card company go after them
at this point YOU can minimize your risk by reporting this information to your bank and the credit bearueu (sp).
GOOD LUCK

Report it to your credit card company and to the police. They'll contact Yahoo.

Yahoo won't help you I had someone using my info fraudulently and when I tried to get yahoo to answer a question or help me it was impossible and finally I just started over. Don't waste you time and just deal with you credit cards, they are your only bet.

Yahoo has nothing to do with it, and won't help.
Your only source of assistance is the credit card issuer
