When you are out of college and on your own, not until then. You kids need to be watched with a very close eye. My first kiss though was when I was 11 years old, and it was with the girl I was going out with up until I was 15. I was mature for my age, she wasnt, she became the town whore. Atleast she told me she wanted that title so that I would know up front.

i never had a chaperone on a date, i think that's kinda stupid. if you have a chaperone on a date, you're not ready.

i had my first kiss at 13 and i think that whenever kids want to start dating is when they should. my mom wouldn't let me date until i was 16 and i ended up sneaking around and losing my virginity at 14 because i couldn't be honest with her

i went on my first date when i was 11 ( group date it was me and my boyfriend and some close friends. but i went on my first date alone when i was in the 7th grade ( i was 13) and i had my first kiss when i was 11
