When we pray we ask him to forgive us and we hope he answers our prayers.. If we have a problem we ask him for his guidance and we can only wait to see if what we ask for he'll give.
We read the Quran and we pray for him. So in a way yes I think we do have the same kind of relationship with God.

May the peace, blessing and mercy of God be upon you
Firstly, i think you need a definition of God,
God
noun
supreme being: the being believed in monotheistic religions such as Judaism, Islam, and Christianity to be the all-powerful all-knowing creator of the universe, worshiped as the only god
Microsoft® Encarta® 2007. © 1993-2006 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
When you say 'Allah' you are saying God in arabic, not god which is the word 'ilah'
And of course, when we pray we are supposed to pray with God-consciousness, that is to realize that God is watching us while we pray, we have very close relationships of God.
Speaking of which, I have to pray my Maghrib Prayer now.

Of course we do. We pray to God 5 times a day and we have his words in the Quran.

No disrespect or anything.
Christians can't have a personal relaitonship with god because they have to gor through someone(JESUS) to reach god.
Thats not personl at all.
We also pray for him, love him, and thank him, although we can never thank him enough.

I dont talk to God.
I breathe in Him.
I depend on Him for everything.
and I know and feel that He is the reason I am alive.
And for this, I am thankful, if I cant be thankful every second, I ask for forgiveness.

oh,yes,absolutely...,i remember one Hadeeth of prophet Muhammad (pbuh),that he said:"When God's servant raises his hands to the sky and pray to him,God is shy to let them down."(or as he said)
002.186 And when My servants question thee concerning Me, then surely I am nigh. I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he crieth unto Me. So let them hear My call and let them trust in Me, in order that they may be led aright.
(QURAN)
