What you can do is go into the Navy as a medic or a health related field. I know this works in the Army, but they train you with everything you need to know. When you are done in the Army you will have your LPN, but then all you need to do is a bridge program from LPN to RN and you will have no problems getting a job. You will have no problems getting a job with either LPN or RN. Good luck and thank you for wanting to protect our country.

I told you, it's not possible. As a part of nursing school you need to do clinical rotations at a hospital. You will have no time for that. The navy is a full time job and then some. You can almost count of 3 or 4 years of sea duty right out of boot camp or tech school.

not going to be possible, your focus would have to be on the Navy full time, there isn't enough time for you go to to Nursing school as well. If you go in Officer( most likely SWO) for the first 2 years of your time you will be concentrating SOLELY on your Navy Quals. Going in enlisted, at least a year just in training.

Now, there is a program, whereby your sole job is to go to school on the Navy's dime, but the competition for the Nursing program is incredibly fierce. Many apply, few are chosen.
