I heard adding more broccoli to your diet helps.

Is this true? And what are some other ways??

Avoid fats and sugars.
Eat healthy foods like veggies and fruits.
Use a facial scrub to keep pores clean.

Chocolate is a bad offender too. Anything with a lot of cholesterol has a tendency to cause them. There are a number of new deep-cleaning solutions on the market you can get that help. Just scrubbing with a wash cloth twice a day will make a big difference.

Never heard about the broccoli thing. But broccoli is good for you anyway---couldn't hurt you.

I use Biore to get rid of them. Their pore cleaning strips are fantastic. Pulls them right out.
