meat and cheese dip this is how you make it:

This recipe is a very simple to make and it may vary from one person to another. However, according to ones own opinion this is a delicious cheese sauce. And it can be served in many ways, and will compliment a wide variety of dishes.

Ingredients:

(1) (10oz.) Can of (Rotel) Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies

(1) (1LB.) Box of Velveeta Cheese Product

(1/4) Cup of (Nacho Slices) of Jalapeno peppers (more or less) can be added

Optional item: Black olives can be added as a matter of choice

Steps
Do the Prep. First cut the Velveeta in to tiny squares and set aside. Have the can of (Rotel) tomatoes opened, drained and ready to be used. Have the amount of Jalapeno peppers that are desired set aside. If someone should choose to use black olives have them set aside, also. Be sure to have a medium size pot ready and set on top of the stove burner. See tips below on side dish ideas.
Set the burner on a medium to low setting, before that you begin adding the cheese product. Then add in the blocks of Velveeta. Be sure to stir the cheese product, constantly, until melted.
Once the Velveeta has melted lower the heat somewhat and add in the (Rotel) tomatoes. Be sure to continue to stir.
Last add in the Jalapeno peppers, and black olives if desired. Over very low heat, and with a lid on allow sauce to simmer, for at least (5-10) minutes. This will allow the flavor to develope, after adding the Jalpeno peppers.
Cheese sauce is at its best if served very warm. The sauce needs to be creamy and not real solid. So it is best not to allow the sauce to cool down much, if any at all.

Tips
Cheese sauce can be poured over tostitos (white corn tostitos are reccomended) for nachos.
It will really add flavor to cooked or lightly steam brocolli and cauliflower. Simpliy add the vegetables in with the cheese sauce or pour on top.
Carrots, green beans, or sweet peas all go very well with this cheese sauce recipe.
For a real treat for meat lovers, simply separate and cook some lean beef, drain and add it to the cheese sauce. This cheesy beef dish can be served over bread.
This sauce is, also, very delicious poured over chili.
This sauce can be used to top off a baked potato, or can be poured over mashed potatoes.
To reheat the sauce once that it has cooled down, pour it in a bowl and microwave it. Be sure to cover it with a paper towel. Someone needs to move slowly on how long that it will take to heat it, start out with maybe a minute. However, keep a check on it.
