Several booksellers at amazon.com have copies for sale for as little as $1.85 plus postage. Just go to Amazon and search for "Felix the bald-headed lion" or the author, Kenneth Townsend.

Several booksellers also list it at www.abebooks.com or you could email the nice lady at www.loganberrybooks.com which specializes in new and used children's books.

You should be able to get a copy fairly easily.

I don't, but you might want to post the question with the Librarian at the Library of Congress' website at: loc.gov and see if they can tell you the author and any other info you will need. Also, you might try Alibris.com.
