quite a lot when you start looking........best place to start is your gp, they can prescribe wheat free pasta, biscuits, cakes, pies.
Look in your local supermarket in their 'freefrom' section. You'l find a wide range of things in there - pizza, sausages, chicken kievs, fish fingers, bread etc.
Be careful with gravy, oxo contains wheat, bisto instant granules don't......
Discovery foods do a full wheat free section, as it is Mexican it uses a lot of cornflour instead of wheat flour. they also offer recipes on their website. Hope all this helps, its not to bad once you get started and know what is wheat free!!!!

If you want a bread replacement, rye bread is really good; I actually find it nicer than some wheat-bread. It's possible to buy wheat-free pasta in most places and if you want to eat cakes or other things with flour in them, you could instead make sure they're made with rice flour. Other than that obviously all fruit, vegetables, pulses and meat are ok and pretty much anything else.

I once thought i was allergic to wheat-it is eally hard cos so so much has wheat.
You can have porrdge or fruit and yoghurt or eggs etc for breakfast...
The rest of the day is harder, but go to your local health food shop (holland and Barrets is great) and ask for help. They have all sorts of wheat free products, i got crackers, pasta, rolls, etc
Good luck
