Well its only 7 so i dont think its bowls or bladder are giving out but I would take a trip to the vet and have it checked out. If they dont find anything then it could be from a change.
did you move?
did someone move in with you?
is there a new baby?
Did you change work hours?
are you spending less time with her then you used to?
have you gotten a new pet?
Any of those could be the answer.

She could have a urinary tract infection. The most common sign of a UTI in animals is urinating in the house (or outside the litter box for cats). It would be best to get her checked by a vet. If she does have a UTI it is usually easily cleared up with antibiotics. But another thing it could be is diabetes, one of the signs of diabetes is increase thirst and increased urination, which sometimes means urinating in the house. Good Luck, I hope she has a UTI, as it is easier to fix than a behavioral problem.

My dog has been doing this lately too! he has always gone outside and lately he will go to our back door and potty right by it, i thought maybe we were just not taking him out enough, until one night he started doing it right after a walk when i was sitting right there!! i think it might be for attention. i think sometimes he feels a lack of attention from us. that could be the case with your dog too maybe. if you haven't been home as much or something it could feel neglected and is acting out.

She may have a bladder infection. It would be worth having that checked out by a veterinarian. If she has always been good otherwise, it is worth looking for the answer.

My cat did the same. I though he just wanted attention, but it turned out he had a problem with his kidney. It was painful, so I think you should check with the vet!!
