This makes no sense whatsoever.
If they are truly harrassing your child ( and why would they? don't you think they have other things to do??) then the school can ( or you can ) call the police.
Otherwise, it sounds as if they are simply checking up on your child due to numerous complaints.
Think about it.

Urm it fairly is a problematical a million yet i could get suggestion off some1 till now you do something. they do no longer sound like stable mum and dad in the event that they're letting a baby play around with lighters and have no nutrients interior the cuberds. Social centers do no longer likely look involved in recent times as I phoned them on a relatives member some years back using fact the mum grow to be eating and taking drugs in a neighbours abode all day and her infants of three and 5 have been roaming the streets in tshirts and ravenous interior the iciness. They used to pass out maximum nights and pass away the infants an on no account had nutrients interior the cuberds. Social centers considered if as a malicious call and took it not extra and 5 years on no longer something has replaced. they have 4 infants. nevertheless eating and taking drugs and employing the infants around below the infulance and the infants are hardly at school. it fairly is a comedian tale cuz those infants choose keeping and that they are nevertheless with the mum and dad

Contact them on their website at
http://www.dss.cahwnet.gov/cdssweb/default.htm
CPS is part of our Social Services Agency - on the left hand side there is a list of things you can do such as file a complaint. I'm sure you can navigate around the website until you get the help you need - it will give you the information but you probably won't be able to get the ball rolling until Monday because it's kind of late on a Friday afternoon. Good luck.

I've never had any experience with them, but if I were you, I would probably start with the police, and tell them what is going on. If it is harassment, you might have a case. After the police, maybe try a Child Protection Lawyer. It sounds as though this might fall into one of those two categories. Good Luck!

Get a lawyer. That same thing happened to me here in Oklahoma. And I mean literally mean back when I was a little younger. I'm 19 now. They don't have the right to do that even if they say they do. They have no right to do anything but talk to your child and you maybe once. And usually when they come around harassing its because someone called them on you. So watch out you may have some enemy's.

You need to call a lawyer and get a consultation.
Many firms will do consultations for free, so you should call around first.
