350 degrees F. I always line the baking dish with aluminum foil for easier clean up. Do not over bake. If you have a meat thermometer...only bake until it reaches 125 internal.

You can not eat salmon almost raw unless it is sushi grade, and very expensive. Take a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper. Do not sub wax paper, and make sure it's not hanging off the edge of the pan. Brush paper with olive oil, then place fish skin side down on paper. Brush fish with a mixture of balsamic vinegar and honey. Bake at 350 for about 6 minutes, or untill it flakes easily. Good luck!

salmon is a very delicate fish when cooking and therefore shouldn't really be baked.
heat a pan on the stove, with some veg oil until the oil starts to smoke slightly, add your salmon flesh side down(placing it away from you) and fry for around 90seconds add a small amount of butter, and continue frying for another minute or so (adding butter prevents it sticking to the pan) reduce the heat to low, and cook through to your prefrence, remember you can eat salmon almost raw if you desire. a good test is to pinch the sides, and the more flabby it feels the rawer the fish is. finishing the fish on a low heat also gives a very crisp skin without it burning. hope this was helpful to you

Salmon is a delicious fish and it doesn't take much to cook it. Broil it for 2 minutes on each side, or bake it at 325 degrees for 5-8 minutes on each side. You'll know it's done when you can cut it with a fork. Just don't over cook.

I use 350. Then I broil until the top is browning slightly. I don't like them too done, so I don't bake very long. How long depends on the size, but never more than 20 minutes.
