ok pachl@sb how can someone who`s countrys favorite food is hamburgers and peanut butter say that British food is bad....and as for accents....new yorkers sound like they have something up the wronguns....plus whenever ive seen a yank try and tease a Brit the yank has ended up picking his teeth up

Well, I will say I do agree with pachl@sb because I have family that lives in England and every time they come over here to the States I can't help but laugh though I try my best not to. So pachl@sb dose have a point there.
What would we want out of Great Britain anyways?

We've always known the Brits had WMD. They're co-signatories of all the same treaties we are, and they PLAY BY THE RULES JUST LIKE WE DO.

Out of deference to the great friendship and loyalty of Prime Minister Tony Blair, and out of respect to former Prime Minster Margaret "The Iron Lady" Thatcher (who gave the most memorable and touching eulogy at Ronald Reagan's funeral), we will not invade Great Britain.
This decision was further simplified for the following reasons:
1) Our soldiers would get sick eating British "cuisine"
2) All the guys named "Randy" would be made fun of by the locals.
3) Our soldiers would be laughing so much at British accents, they wouldn't be able to shoot straight.

We're allies. We only worry about enemy WMDs.
Even then it doesn't automatically call for invasion. We save that for people who brag about having them and threaten to use them. Iran isn't there yet, but they're getting close.
Libya is a prime example of how we prefer to deal with unfriendlies with WMD ambitions.
