In other words-

Why do Scientists use the entire history of the universe , Even the Big Bang (hard to explain)

While Religion likes to pick and choose as the times change?

That's not the point I was making, I was saying about how we don't really know what was before the Big Bang, We knew it happened but before it is really a mystery and Scientist choose to admit this instead of picking and choosing.

The Big Bang theory is not a generalization due to a fancy of imagination, but a solid theory based on evidence collected by scientists and observers.

Maybe it is not a totally accomplished theory, but it points the way on how to use data empirically collected and go back in the series of conditions which gave rise to them without leaving the limits of these empirical data.
