I get on really well wiv this guy at work, we are quite playful together. Howeva, recently I felt like this is going to a different level...where it shudn't go as neither of us are available. Wot things wud I look for to confirm this in body language...i.e. lingering eye contact, body contact etc. an example i woz talking to him and had my arm stretched out on a table and half way thro talking realised he moved his hand so it was inches from mine, opposite arm (if it makes any difference). His body completely mirrored mine, I've read about this before in body language and flirting. I don't want t to encourage this...but I know the saying your actions speak louder than words...am I being paranoid...help?

You are not being paranoid, you just have a suspicion and want an answer.
You should ask him this question, "You don't have a thing about me, do you?" if you are brave enough, and if he says no in a doubtful or unusual voice, he is most probably embarrassed or lieing. If not, read up about body language and try to notice flirting movements.

If you feel something about him, leave body messages in return, remembering that yours and his relationship will be at stake. This would soon turn into an affair unless you are both brave enough to disapoint your partners.

It sounds like there is an attraction there but what you need to keep in mind is that you are both not available and this will most probably end up as an affair. If you and he are comfortable with that then this is fine but make sure first that you are really ok with it. Also, wait for him to show you some more tangible signs of interest though before you start having feelings for him (been there done that). If you are not interested in him I suggest you avoid his gaze and behave in a very professional way so he gets the message. If you are interested, be pleasant, smile, return his gaze and see what he does next. Good luck either way!
