If Bible God really is omnipotent, creating us could have taken no effort. When I do something that takes no effort, I don't need to be glorified about it or by it. So, something doesn't add up. Either Christians are wrong or they have the (like you said) most arrogant, worthless asshole of a savior. If God is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, and human beings are not worthy of his presence, and are so lowly compared to him, why does he care what we think about him? He shouldn't care. And he definitely shouldn't care enough to create a place of eternal torment to throw those of us who decided he wasn't worth our time.

You missed the point. God said that He would not share His glory with anyone.

Man seems to think very highly of himself. Foolish man, everything he possesses belongs to God. Everything he uses belongs to God. Everything man has thought of was already been thought of by God. I could go on.. So you see we are just a spot in this vast universe.

You were created for His good pleasure. Be glad He thinks we were worth saving. That's the kind of love I am talking about.

God as the creator should get glory in his creations. But most of what he gets are people that choose to deny his existence. He created man to be His friend, and we turn our backs on Him,bet that feels real good knowing something created to love you, dont want anything to do with you. To show our love for Him we try to live a life that glorifies Him

All right, if you were to give people the most awesome place to live with the greatest gifts they could ever think to take advantage of, wouldn't a thank you be nice? Similarly, God doesn't need anything from us and receives nothing from us, but he has given us the gift of life and the opportunity to take advantage of Jesus' ransom sacrifice. Why not glorify him when he's given us so much to be grateful for? It's not like he doesn't deserve it, we owe him our life after all.

The more glory God receives, the more people will see, understand, and receive salvation. God desires glory so that more people will be saved. It's really all about true Love. God is seeking our greatest good, and that means giving Him Glory.

Because people believe if they do not glorify God he might get angry and start punishing them as he has been doing now and then through out mans history. Read the Old Testament.

Don't believe the bible it is full of false teachings and Jesus is also false. God does not have a son and would never create one.

maybe He doesn't 'need' anything from you

maybe you need to glorify Him to find real satisfaction

maybe the most loving thing He could do is let you enjoy Him
