What colour?

I am wanting to decorate my bedroom but have no idea what to do I want it really modern has anyone got any ideas

Do a nice, soft aqua blue with chocolate brown and some soft lime green accents. Very chic and modern.

Paint the Walls and the Wood Work the same colour

Rather than trust colour selection to perfect strangers, I would suggest getting a few house and garden, and interior decorating type magazines. Look through them to find ideas for a colour scheme that appeals to you, and would look good in your particular room, and would go well with your furnishings.

try hgtv.com or lowe's.com. Lowe's has a virtual painter you can use to try hundreds of colors, inc. decorator, in sample rooms. They also have lots of pics, & videos of nice decorated rooms.

I would say white with a feture wall that has a block design in you fav colour in two or three differant shades!

shades of lilac, with white 'light lilac' tint as second colour..

but really check to see what furnishings you have to compliment you colour change, otherwise could cost you a fortune changing colouring.

Do what your favorite color is, my room is pink, gold, green and purple, you could do a lime green and bright pink thats pretty popular

try dusty pink or lavender on main wall and deep cream on the others you could stencil pink or lavender on the cream walls put simple shapes or whatever takes your fancy
