What vinslave said.

Isn't it funny how the fundies support science when they think it's gonna give them what they want, and denigrate it when they notice that it tells the truth about the world -- the truth that they think belongs exclusively to them.

Interesting article. You have to love southern baptists. I know, my ex is one of them.

I am not gay, but I hold a different theory on this matter. I don't think it necessarily a biological thing, and I do not think it is a choice either.

Let's put it this way. I am attracted to women with dark hair. I perfer long hair. I am attracted to women who are either caucasian or hispanic. I prefer women under the height of 5'6" or so. I prefer women with petite figures, and, I guess you could say I am an@ss man.

Now, I don't have anything against women who do not fall into those criteria, I like everyone. But, for some reason, those are the types of women I am attracted to. What causes that exactly, I do not know. But, even homosexuals are attracted to certain characteristics as well. The only real difference is that they are also attracted to people of the same sex.

What is interesting is that the fetus, according to the right, is a living being, and has rights. But, I guess this sort of thing doesn't fall into those rights. Who knows.

It just shows the true Christian agenda is dispense with homosexuals and if they have to experiment on babies to do it, they're perfectly willing to do so.

Yes, that Reverend is a very dangerous person. He is looking for any way to fulfill his hateful agenda. And he is preaching his hypocrisy in a way that conflicts with the message of love that Jesus Christ, his own "savior," gave us. Jesus told us to love and accept everyone, no matter who they are.

Stop being so paranoid. There is no agenda to exterminate homosexuals.I would think that it might be more prudent to be careful of the agenda of the terrorists, who want to exterminate us all.
And,I hardly see how ONE man, espousing HIS opinion, shows 'the dangers of mixing religion with science',especially considering the many scientists who were religous, and who were also Christians, like Isaac Newton.

Religions pick and choose what "science" they're going to listen to to further their agenda, just like people pick religions to further their own agenda... a vicious, homophobic circle.
