You may have a high metabolism I have. There is only 7percent fat on my body (according to the fitness tests). I used to eat allot and never gained weight if you ex cerise a lot it can increase your metabolism thus burning of excess fat. It could depend on your diet too oranges contain vitamin c which burns fat in the body apples contain pectin which do the same mushrooms and some meats help burn fat.

Fast metabolism. I have the same problem. And I know I'll get a lot of "boo" ratings for calling it a problem. If I end up with a virus or bacterial infection that causes vomiting and/or diarrhoea, and don't get into a hospital and hooked up to IV I was told I could die from dehydration within 48 hours. I don't have enough fat stores to prevent dehydration. I tried weight training, eating fattening foods, everything to gain weight. It's only been in the last year I gained 10 lbs.. I slowed down my activity. I don't know if you get teased about it. I sure did. Most of my friends are overweight and don't hold it against me. (They are such sweetie-pies, I love 'em). I was always told that once I had a kid the fat would pile on and then I'd be complaining about being overweight. Well, it took 28 years after I had my first but now I'm my ideal weight. Wahoo!!

You know if your only nine ,you burn your energy very fast I don t know if you just sit around playing games or you are active in the fresh air with sports , activities that is an ingoing thing or your a coach potato. Everybody has a certain metabolism if you got the good one your good but it also may not be that it doesn't sound you are lucky you probably inherited a gene from one of your parents,good stuff

If you sweat a lot it is sometimes related to sweat. Or if you do lots of exercise each day either before or after you eat it may be due to that.
Either way, ubkess you are on the borderline of becoming anerexic then it is nothing to worry about unless you have any medical conditions. If anything seems to be going wrong contact your doctor.

if you are like me then eat alot More chicken rice potatoes and a bowl of rice pudding just be for you go to bed and if you can have a work out in the morning you will soon see the difference,i was 10 stone wet for 7 years i am now 13 stone with no fat at all,good luck

I really wish I had your problem. Depending on your age and your metabolism that's why you are able to do it. You are probably young. I was that way when I was younger but I was also more active in sports, now ... I have to watch what I eat. I really miss eating ice cream every day! Boo-Hoo

Make the most of it, wait until you hit your 30's, after that you'll only have to look at a cream cake and you'll put half a stone on!

mayb cuz your are eating alot of food that is low in saturated fat, you can eat loads as long as it's loads of the right food
