... after about 3 and a half days? If THC was consumed in some manner on Tuesday night and on Friday (today), your doctor requested a blood test for a physical, would the THC be detectable?

It can be detected and for how long varies person to person based on characteristics in body type, frequency of smoking, et cetera. Also a little tidbit here, you do not detect THC but a metabolized form of it.
