-Sei bella/carina: you are beautiful/cute
-sei figa: you're hot (careful--"figa" lit. means "p*ssy")
-Ti amo: I love you
-Ti voglio bene da morire: I love you to death
-Di tutte le stelle, tu sei la piu' bella: of all the stars, you're the prettiest.
-mi piace quella ragazza: I like that girl
-vuoi uscire: do you want to go out?
-Ciao bella: hey beautiful
***Note: Italian guys also have a habit of groping girls/women--this happened to me and another girl I went to Italy with. Also, an older Italian guy (middle-aged, I'd assume) complemented me on my bosom. So, yeah. Italian guys (including the younger ones) are much more forward than your average American guy.

Ciao bella (Hi good-looking).
Sei molto carina (You're very cute).
Sei bella. (You're beatiful).
Sei bellina or ciao bellina. (You're pretty or Hi pretty).
Che bella gnocca! (What a hot-looking babe/girl!).
etc. etc. But Italians say these things to everyone not just American girls.
I live in Italy.
