you have enough for it to stick, with the exception of those that are already readily accessible like phone number, name, the star spangled banner? Let's say a person has a 4 billion pieces of info his his head, yet he doesn't use 3.99 of them regularly or even on occassion; just those very rare instances or not at all. This is after learning them. How do you keep in balance with reviewing most/all that you've learned when you're not going to use it but for the super rare instances?

It is impossible. It is not really practical either. I cannot remember how to do all of the math things that I learned. I do however remember enough to help my children as long as I can read the directions and look up some terms in the glossary.

You can always look things up if you need to know it. That is good enough for most people.
