I think that I will do some St. Patrick's stuff in my town. I kind of would like to go to the beach because my daughter will spend time with her friends...but in the other hand, I think I will go to the downtown and get a little bit crazy and silly for couple of hours and then take a nap. And then I plan my next move. I hope I am not at Answers though....heh hee. But I might. : )
So I guess it is going to be balancing between good and evil.

For St. Patrick's day I will make Irish Lamb Stew and Irish Soda Bread and I bought some Guiness. We can't go out with two wee ones on this busy night and most babysitting favors used up, but it'll be an Irish evening all the same.
One hopes. I've never made soda bread before and all the recipies I can find all say 'easy' which is a red flag warning when I'm the cook....

Tonight: Meet with a couple to help plan their handfasting. Then work on a book for Marvel Comics.
Saturday: More work for Marvel Comics.
Sunday: Breakfast out with a friend, then yet more work for Marvel Comics, and then my biweekly AD&D game in the evening.
Freelance artists don't generally pay a whole lot of attention to holidays, since they don't mean a day off for us. ;-) This is honestly the first time I realized that St. Patrick's day is this weekend.

My little man and I are going to a Rage Hockey game tonight, Tess has gymnastics and Daniel has Jiu Jitsu on Saturday morning and we'll probably do a picnic lunch in the park. In the afternoon I'm working on my show. Sunday we're going to the parental units house.

I have sewing to do, and I also plan to walk down to the French Quarter and hang out in the open market area for a while. That's where I buy incense and jewelry and other neat stuff.

What is the weekend? Is something special happening?
Oh ST Patricks day. Hadn't thought much about it usual weekend plans, gardening with my hubby, playing with our critters, our weekend project which is vehicle maintenance.
Thrilling life eh?
