It is technically legal -- from certain online pharmacies, which provide an online "doctor", it is very questionable. It seems like a loophole, though I'm not sure about the legal accountability of the buyer

I understand it is legal to buy up to a 90 day supply. I prefer to buy from http://www.locostcanada.com because they give you a free online medicatl screening so when your medication arrives, it comes with a prescription also. This makes absolutley sure it is 100% legal, because it is illegal to posses prescription medication without a prescription. I have used them for almost 3 years and have been pleased with quality.
It IS ILLEGAL to ship substances into the USA that are rated as NARCOTICS and this pharmacy does not sell narcotics such as oxycontin.

Buying medication from a trustworthy provider can help eliminate the risks of receiving low quality medication. I used this site a few years ago, and I found it very useful.. At the time, my health coverage was not covering my prescriptions. I was able to buy my medication online (without a prescription) in bulk for a cheaper cost.
The below pharmacies are FDA approved and offer 100% Money back guarantee.

There are companies in the usa who follow rules and regulations that are there for pharmacy type businesses online.
There is nothing wrong with moving schedule 3,4, and 5 drugs as long as you are doing it with in the laws of the state you are prescribing and fufilling from.
It is the people whom import drugs illegal (From india, costa rica) and either just straight drop ship overseas into the USA or ship in bulk into the usa and then break up the packages and re-distribute them. THAT is illegal.
If you require medical records, doctor consultation over the phone, and follow all the applicable laws of the state you are licensed in you can legaly move schedule 3,4, and 5 drugs.
Percocets or oxycotin, obviously not.
try http://www.online-discount-pharmacy1.com very reliable
