Is there a fenced-in dog park in Boise?

The link below has the only off-leash area in Boise, but I don't know if they're fenced or not - probably not based upon the pictures.

The Military Reserve Off-Leash Park is located at the corner of Mountain Cove Road and Reserve Street and is currently the only off-leash park in Boise.
