If you're on a Mac, find another Mac user who has photoshop and use "migration assistant" to simply copy all his/her programs to your computer.
If you're a PC User, you might want to try downloading it as a torrent and then hope it works (or find a serial number for it)... You can also try downloading a free trial version and then locating a crack for it.
