There are no magic words that you can say to a girl that get you a girl. Your best chances are first becoming her friend and then ask her out. Soon you will be dating and you got the girl!

well if you really like her like you think you she a cool person with a nice personalility and not just some chick you want to get trick her like say you going to the mall but really take her to a fancy resturant and tell her that think she is beautiful and that you couldn't think of anyone else but her to be wit you be romantic not a preppy jock or somthing like that treat her like the world revolves around her get her some roses and take her out to dinner trust me she will know whats going on

Just say hi to her every day. soon she'll get used to your company and you'll have a conversation with her. Then, you can ask her out. This will take time, but it will be worth it in the end.

Just start out by saying hi and going to a conversation
then, start making the conversation going t5o a romantic direction
then say something like "well, if you'd like, maybe we can go to the movies?"
If u want you could start it off by saying somethin funny

first you start with saying " Excuse me, how are you doing"
then you say "my name is __________ and couldn't help but notice how attractive you were. Then ask "so what's your name?" Then she replies "_____________" After you guys talk for a while you ask her to go with you to the movies, or to the skating rink, but don't say any stupid places like the "ant rodeo" or the "snot convention." After she says yes when you leave the place that you asked her to go with you to you ask her to be your girlfriend. Most likely she will say yes because she showed up to the place that you asked her to go to.
and also keep some winterfresh in your pocket. And chew it before you try to kiss her. (if you make it that far)

well you dont need to really say anything just be your self suprise her by talking her to her favorite restarant, and open doors, complement her, and tell her you really like her and you think she is beautiful in every way and she should never change and if she dosent want you then than forget her shes not the girl for you

lol be VERY flirtatious. Tell her "hey ______ you look soo beautiful today!" I really like the way you did your hair" Or your outfit really fits you well I like it a lot. Give eye contact. Melt her with your eyes (figuratively of course). Give her a nice smile, smiling is key! you'll do just fine if you do this trust me.

Start with "hello"..... Be respectful no matter what and respect her space if she is not comfortable, view and consider body language!
